For domestic and commercial cleaners
Get your cleaning business recommended by AI
A tenant moving out, a family wanting a fortnightly clean, a small office needing someone in the evenings: some of them now ask an AI assistant who to call. Cleaning is about trust, because you are in people’s homes and workplaces, so the details customers check before they let you in are the same details that help an assistant describe you. Here is what tends to matter, and what you can check yourself this week.
The check is free. Paid help has fixed prices: the full audit is £395 + VAT, one-off (pilot £195 + VAT for our first 5 clients). See all prices.
Questions customers ask AI
Typical examples of what people type or say to an AI assistant when they need a cleaner:
- “Who does end of tenancy cleaning in [your town] that letting agents accept?”
- “Can you recommend a reliable regular house cleaner near me?”
- “Which cleaning companies in [your town] are insured and DBS checked?”
- “Is there an office cleaner near me who works evenings?”
What AI assistants tend to look at
- Your Google Business Profile with each type of clean you really offer listed separately (regular domestic, end of tenancy, deep cleans, oven cleaning, carpets, offices) and the towns and postcodes you cover.
- What customers worry about, answered in plain words on your website: whether you are insured, whether staff are DBS checked, whether you bring your own products and equipment, and what happens if something is missed.
- For end of tenancy work, what your clean covers and whether you come back if the letting agent flags something. Say it only if it is true, and say it the same way everywhere.
- How booking works and roughly how pricing works (by the hour, by the room or a fixed price for a move-out clean). You do not have to publish prices, but explaining how you price answers a very common question.
- Reviews that say what was cleaned and where, such as "end of tenancy clean on a two-bed flat in [town], deposit back in full". You cannot write them, but you can ask every customer.
What a good answer looks like
Example only: fictional town and businesses
Who does end of tenancy cleaning in Puddlecombe?
Cleaners in the area that mention end of tenancy work include:
Sparkle & Suds Cleaning: end of tenancy and deep cleans, fully insured, DBS-checked staff, will return within 48 hours if the agent flags anything, covers Puddlecombe and nearby villages.
Mop Squad: regular domestic cleaning.
The firm named first spells out the exact service, the reassurances people look for and the area it covers, in words that can be read.
What we don't promise
We never guarantee a place in an AI answer. AI assistants decide for themselves, and nobody can promise what they will say. What we sell is careful checking, real fixes and honest measurement.
Four things you can do this week
- Ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity two or three of the questions above, with your own town. Ask each more than once, because answers change.
- Write down which cleaners get named instead of you. Look at their Google profile and website: do they list services, areas or reassurances that you leave out?
- Check your Google Business Profile lists every type of clean you want more of, as separate services, and every area you really cover.
- Ask your last five customers for a review that says what you cleaned and the town.

Rather we looked for you?
Start with the free check: we ask ChatGPT and Google’s Gemini questions like the ones above about your business and email you what they said. Four tiny steps; your details come last.
Step 1 of 4: Your trade

What you get
- A handful of real customer-style questions about your trade and area, put to ChatGPT and Google's Gemini.
- A plain-English summary by email: were you named, and who was named instead.
- An honest view on whether a full audit is worth it for you. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.
Questions
I am a sole trader cleaner, not a company. Does this still apply?
Yes. A complete Google profile, a simple website or page that lists your services and areas, and reviews that mention the work are just as useful for one person as for a team.
Should I mention insurance and DBS checks?
If you have them, yes, because customers ask about both before letting a cleaner into their home. Never claim either if it is not true, and keep the wording the same on your website and profile.
Do I need separate pages for end of tenancy and regular cleaning?
It helps. They are different jobs bought by different people for different reasons. A page each, saying what is included and where you work, makes it easier to match you to the question someone asked.
Can you guarantee AI will recommend my cleaning business?
No. Nobody honestly can. We check where you stand, fix what is likely holding you back and measure again.
