Step 1
Check
We write the questions a real customer would type, such as "who is a good accountant in Stamford?", using your trade and your area.
The free check puts them to ChatGPT and Google's Gemini. The paid audit asks more questions, covers more assistants and repeats each one, because AI answers change from one ask to the next.
You get a plain-English summary: how often you were named, who was named instead, and where the AI seems to get its information.
Step 2
Fix
AI assistants build their answers from what the web says about you. We tidy up the places that matter most for a local business.
That usually means your Google Business Profile, your reviews, clear service and FAQ pages on your website, and consistent details across directories.
You get a fix list in priority order. Do it yourself, or have us do it for you in a fixed-price sprint.
Step 3
Show
We re-run the same questions in the same way, so the comparison is fair.
You see the before and after side by side, with a straight answer on what moved and what did not.
Want to keep an eye on it? Our monthly plan re-tests for you and flags changes.
Straight answers
Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. AI assistants decide for themselves. We sell the checking, the fixing and honest measurement, not a guaranteed place in an answer.
Which AI assistants do you check?
The free check asks ChatGPT and Google's Gemini. The paid audit also covers other major assistants people use to find local businesses, such as Perplexity, and your report names exactly which ones were included.
Why ask the same question more than once?
AI answers vary from one ask to the next. Asking several times gives a fairer picture than a single screenshot.
Do I need a website?
It helps, but no. Reviews, your Google Business Profile and directory listings matter too, and we look at all of them.
